Processing Times

Current processing time for Kansas is 7-10 business days. Processing begins once you have submitted all required documents through GoCertificates.com.

  • Shipping time is separate from processing time. Add both together for your total expected delivery window.
  • Processing time is determined by the Kansas Office of Vital Statistics, not GoCertificates. Times may vary based on current volume.

Identification Requirements

All applicants must submit a copy of an accepted form of identification and a copy of proof of relationship (if required). After placing your order, you will need to upload an image of your identification and proof of relationship (if required). All applicants must provide a valid photo identification as required.

If you cannot provide any from the above list

You must submit at least 2 forms of secondary IDs from the following list:

  • Social Security Card (must be signed by card holder)
  • Bank Statement with Requestor's current address
  • Car Registration or Title with Requestor's current address
  • Utility Bill with current address of Requestor
  • Current Pay Stub (must include your name, social security number plus name and address of business; not handwritten)
